The commander is the engine of the deck, ensuring you never miss a land drop. You must mulligan until you have at least 2 lands and 1 soul sister effect in your hand. Always mill, unless you hit one of the 2 mass reanimation spells. Her explores will find you more lands, which is more card draws.
